Welcome to The Bar 360°™. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and waitlist (the “Site”). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What We Offer Right Now
The Site is a pre-launch landing page for The Bar 360°, an upcoming skincare and wellness app. Joining the waitlist lets us keep you informed and offer early access. The app is not yet available. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation to buy and no guarantee of availability, features, pricing, or launch timing. Any pricing shown (such as founding-member pricing) reflects our current intention, may change, and will be confirmed at launch.
2. Not Medical Advice
The Bar 360° provides general skincare, wellness, and educational information to help you understand your skin. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Our content — including guidance associated with our AI guide, “Barry,” and any information that reflects our founder’s professional background — is for educational and informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a physician, dermatologist, or other qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that the email address you provide is yours and that the information you give us is accurate.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by submitting false or someone else’s information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including the name “The Bar 360°,” the “Barry” character, logos, text, graphics, and design — are owned by The Bar 360° or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

The Site uses and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bar 360° and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
9. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
