Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We do not require any other personal information to join.

Information collected automatically. This Site is a simple landing page. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on it. Our hosting and form providers may record standard technical log data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as is typical for any website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to:

• add you to our waitlist and confirm your signup;
• send you updates about The Bar 360° as we build toward launch, including product news and early-access information;
• let you know when the app becomes available.

We will only email you about The Bar 360°. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you, and only as needed to do so:

• Formspree — receives and delivers our waitlist form submissions. See the Formspree Privacy Policy.
• Hosting and email providers — store your email and help us send waitlist communications.

These providers are permitted to use your information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Third-Party Links

Our Site links to third-party services, such as Instagram. Those services have their own privacy practices, governed by their own policies rather than this one.

5. Data Retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist. You can ask us to remove it at any time (see “Your Choices” below).

6. Your Choices & Rights

Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Access, correction, or deletion. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thebar360.app.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any such rights, contact us at the address above.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Bar 360° is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
